About the Musical

Charming and witty, this superb children's musical captivates the heart through its memorable melodies and humorous dialogue that creatively tells the story of Elijah. From his confrontation with Ahab and Jezebel through his jouney in the desert, Elijah shows his faith in the God who probides. Concluding with on of the most dramatic moments in the Old Testament, Elijah asks God to send down fire upon the altar at Mt. Carmel. There, the people of Israel see the power of the true and living God.

Group Auditions:
There is a part for everyone who participates in this summer's music camp. We are requiring that all participating come to the audition so that we know what numbers we will have for each section. Plus there are solos and specific speaking parts that we will be wanting to fill, too! This will be very low-key and held on Sunday, June 1, 2008 at 12.00 pm in the music suite.

Camp Cost: $50
to cover the expense of all materials used.
Materials will be given out at time of group auditions.
Performance Dates: Afternoon of July 11th and During Worship on July 13th
