Gregory A. Cochran, Minister of Christian Education.

Greg Cochran has led Woodbrook's Christian education programs since his graduation from Southern Seminary with a master of divinity degree in Christian education in 1988. Greg is responsible for all aspect of Woodbrook's education programs, including the Weekday Early Education Center, and he is the leader of Woodbrook's youth programs.

Greg has written curriculum for Smyth & Helwys' educational materials, and is often asked by other local churches and organizations to lead programs and conferences on teaching children and youth. Greg also works with local hospitals and assisted living centers to lead worship services and provide other pastoral services for patients and residents.

Greg is respected throughout the Christian education community and is an active member of the Christian Educator's network, the Religious Education Association, the Ethics Committee at Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital, the National Association for the Education of Young Children and the Church Weekday Early Education Task Force for Maryland and Delaware.

A South Carolina native, Greg is also a graduate of Clemson University where he earned a bachelor of science degree in administrative management. Greg has also completed additional work in clinical pastoral education, spirituality and medicine and sign language.

In addition to Greg's extended church family of hundreds of children and youth, he and his wife Carole, have two children.
